Busy Busy.........

Phew what a busy few weeks here at the Knitting Basket.
It began with a tooth extraction, followed by a very long but exciting day full of new yarns and haberdashery, a visit to a trade fair . WOW I  was like a kid in a sweet shop!
WANTED/NEEDED everything in sight. But with my cautious hubby in tow. I had to reign myself in.
However the stress of it all hit me with a nasty virus for about ten days, where I managed to man the shop but do very little else. Ahh !
But those ten days were not fully wasted, I managed lots of perusing through lovely scrummy yarn catalogues that I had collected during my visit, deciding what new stock to order. WOW awaiting delivery as we blog.

Then a date was set! what dates that, you may ask?

BEGINNERS CROCHET.
Now this is a date not to be missed!  These classes fill up early, so do contact me A.S.A.P to secure your place.
Oh yes the date............ Saturday 30th march
at 12 until 3pm.
Everything you need will be provided, including refreshments.
The price..... £15per person, payable at time of booking.

The class will cover the anatomy of the crochet hook, holding hook and yarn, and you will learn how to make granny squares. (Oh so chic, at the moment)

More classes to follow , with a monthly crochet club coming soon.......

 till next time,
Jenny  x
